Once we have understood your needs, if we can’t justify the
benefits to you at more than several times our costs then we will
either do the work for free or won’t take you on as a client. So,
you won’t ever spend more than you can get back several times

Once we have established contact, clients usually contact us
via our mobile phones. If we agree that we are the right people
to work with you and can help you, you will
be assigned to a Consultant. Once you like what we have to offer,
we can then discuss a project to help you. |

anywhere in that region. |
| How much information do we need to know in order to work out if we can help you? |
If you
want something like a Business Benchmark, we need the answers to
the following 7 questions. We don’t need to know your business
name, who or where you are - so its’ totally confidential:-
- What do you do in your business – i.e we print packaging
materials
- How long have you been doing it? i.e. 7 years
- When is your financial year end? i.e. 31st March
- Last years Turnover ( in £)
- Last years Gross Margin (in £)
- Last years Net Margin (in £)
- Is your business growing or not?
