Every Client has different needs. Sometimes it isn’t the size of
the Business but the complexity of their problems and needs that determines
the duration of the project. But the following will give you an idea:-
- A Basic Business Diagnostic or Benchmark might take less than a
day. More detailed analyses take a few days.
- Strategic Planning or Business Planning (basic) usually takes 3 – 5
days spread over 3 to 4 weeks.
- Project, Programme or Change Management may take anything from 1
day a month for a few months to over 2 to 3 years. Some major projects
require full time support over several months or longer than a year.
Whatever the right solution is, it will be cost justified.
