COMMUNITY ASPIRATIONS
NAVIGATING THE TOWN HALL and WHITEHALL

Many members of the Gateway Associates network have worked closely with the not-for-profit sector. With a reliance on such organisations to provide more community services, this sector has needed to adapt to the changing landscape.

The "Community Aspirations" programme has assisted a number of such organisations to make those changes.

Gateway is currently supporting a major community project to develop its building assets on a sustainable basis.

Gateway has worked with a number of firms in the private sector, assisting in understanding the decision making process at both a national and local level, the world of politics at Westminster and the Town Hall.

Today Gateway is working with a major entertainment organisation, helping to deliver their aspirations in a fast growing market and a challenged region of the country.

Gateway Associates partners with Transport and Urban planners involved with delivering transport solutions within Africa. Work is invariably with governments and their agencies, but some advice involves private sector companies.

Gateway and partners are currently working on infrastructure projects in West Africa that will make a significance difference to major inter-country highways and create economic employment hubs.

Gateway Associates has worked on Road Safety issues in a number of countries in support of the UN Decade of Action.

Under the recognised branding of "Road to Safety" Gateway has worked on initiatives in Uganda, UK and more recently Nigeria.

Paul addressed the "Slow Down" conference organised by the Indian Alliance of NGOs for Road Safety in New Delhi. Paul is now an adviser to Indian NGOs
